How do recruiters get paid?
Recruiters keep 80% of every success fee, paid automatically via Stripe in three instalments — one third at 30 days, one third at 60 days, and the final third at 90 days after a hire is confirmed. Milestone bonuses are also paid when candidates reach interview stages.
